Frequently Asked Questions

How are workflow executions counted?

Each time a workflow runs (triggered by an event), it counts as one execution. For example, if you have a workflow that sends an email when a payment is received, and you receive 100 payments, that's 100 executions.

What happens if I exceed my execution limit?

Your workflows will stop running until the next month, or you can upgrade to a higher plan for more executions. We'll notify you at 80% and 90% of your limit.

Can I create custom workflows?

Yes! While we provide pre-built templates, you can create custom workflows by selecting your own trigger events, actions, and conditions.

Are SMS and WhatsApp notifications included?

SMS and WhatsApp notifications are included in the Pro and Enterprise plans. The Starter plan includes email and dashboard notifications only.

Can I pause or disable a workflow?

Yes, you can pause/disable workflows at any time from your dashboard. Paused workflows don't count towards your execution limit.
