MPESA Payments
Pay for hosting services using MPESA. Fast, secure mobile payments for Kenyan users.
1Supported Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:

Instant payments via STK Push. No transaction fees.

For annual plans and enterprise accounts
2MPESA STK Push
Pay instantly with MPESA STK Push:
- Select MPESA as your payment method
- Enter your Safaricom phone number (07XX or 01XX)
- Click "Pay with MPESA"
- You'll receive an STK push notification on your phone
- Enter your MPESA PIN to confirm
- Payment is processed instantly
Note: Make sure your phone is on and has network coverage to receive the STK push prompt.
3MPESA Paybill (Manual)
Alternatively, pay via Paybill:
Business Number: 522522
Account Number: Your account ID (found in settings)
- Go to MPESA menu on your phone
- Select "Lipa na MPESA"
- Select "Pay Bill"
- Enter Business Number: 522522
- Enter your Account Number
- Enter the amount
- Enter your MPESA PIN
- Confirm the transaction
Manual payments may take up to 5 minutes to reflect in your account.
4Payment Confirmation
After successful payment:
- You'll receive an MPESA confirmation SMS
- Your account balance updates immediately
- An email receipt is sent to your registered email
- The transaction appears in your billing history

5Troubleshooting
Common payment issues and solutions:
STK Push not received
- Ensure your phone has network coverage
- Check if your phone number is correct
- Try again after 2 minutes
- Use manual Paybill as alternative
Payment not reflecting
- Wait up to 5 minutes for processing
- Check your MPESA statement for confirmation
- Contact support with your MPESA transaction ID
Wrong amount charged
- Contact support immediately
- Provide transaction ID and screenshots
- Refunds processed within 24-48 hours
