2View Your Subscription
Check your current subscription status:
- Go to Account Settings > Billing
- View your current plan and usage
- See next billing date and amount
- Check payment method on file

3Auto-Renewal
Manage automatic subscription renewal:
Auto-Renewal Enabled (Default)
- Subscription renews automatically on billing date
- MPESA STK push sent to registered number
- 3 retry attempts if payment fails
- Email reminder sent 7 days before renewal
Auto-Renewal Disabled
- Subscription ends on expiry date
- Sites enter grace period (7 days)
- Manual payment required to continue
To toggle auto-renewal: Account Settings > Billing > Auto-Renewal
4Billing Cycle
Understanding your billing cycle:
Monthly Billing
Charged on the same day each month. If you subscribed on the 15th, you're billed on the 15th each month.
Annual Billing
Charged once per year on your subscription anniversary. Save 17% compared to monthly.
Prorated Charges
When upgrading mid-cycle, you pay the prorated difference. When downgrading, credit is applied to next cycle.
5Cancel Subscription
To cancel your subscription:
- Go to Account Settings > Billing
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Select a reason (optional)
- Confirm cancellation
What happens when you cancel:
- Access continues until end of billing period
- Sites enter read-only mode after expiry
- 7-day grace period before site suspension
- Data retained for 30 days after suspension
- You can reactivate anytime during grace period
