Invoices & Receipts

Access and download your invoices, payment receipts, and billing history.

1View Invoices

Access your billing history:

  1. Go to Account Settings > Billing
  2. Click "Billing History"
  3. View all invoices and receipts
  4. Filter by date range or status

Each invoice shows:

  • Invoice number and date
  • Plan and billing period
  • Amount and payment status
  • Payment method used

2Download Invoices

Download invoices in various formats:

PDF Invoice

Official invoice document

CSV Export

For accounting software

4Email Receipts

Automatic email receipts are sent for:

  • Successful subscription payments
  • One-time purchases (domains, add-ons)
  • Refunds processed
  • Failed payment notifications

Configure Receipt Emails

Go to Account Settings > Notifications to:

  • Add additional receipt email addresses
  • Enable/disable receipt emails
  • Set up finance team notifications

5Tax Information

Tax handling on invoices:

VAT (Value Added Tax)

16% VAT is applied to all Kenyan customers as per KRA requirements.

KRA PIN

Add your KRA PIN in Account Settings for proper tax documentation.

Business Invoices

Business accounts can request invoices with company details for expense reporting.
