Upgrade your plan in a few steps:
- Go to Account Settings > Billing
- Click "Upgrade Plan"
- Select your new plan
- Choose monthly or annual billing
- Confirm payment via MPESA or card
- New features activate immediately

When you upgrade mid-cycle:
Upgrading
You pay the prorated difference for the remaining days in your billing cycle. New features are available immediately.

Downgrading
Credit is applied to your account for the unused portion. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
